Siberia Red Bourbon Natural

La Siberia, founded in 1870 by Fabio Morán and Epifanio Silva in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, is renowned for its unique micro-climate and exceptional coffee quality. Located at 1,450–1,650 meters, the farm originally grew 100% Red Bourbon but has since expanded to include Yellow Caturra, Pacamara, Java, SL-34, Batian, Yellow Pacamara, and Geisha varietals. Under Rafael Enrique Silva’s leadership, La Siberia has won five Cup of Excellence awards and earned 94 points from Coffee Review in 2008. Its Red Bourbon offers fruity aromas of grapes, strawberries, and plums, with strawberry flavors, green grape acidity, and a plum finish, making it a globally sought-after coffee.
