Finca El Ángel, located on the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, is renowned for its unique coffee quality, shaped by volcanic soils and a distinct climate. Acquired by Rafael Silva in 2023, the farm won two 2024 Cup of Excellence awards with the SL-28 varietal, known for its spice, black currant, jasmine, sugarcane, and citrus notes. Rafael, a 6th-generation coffee producer, manages both the farm and his familys mill, continuing a legacy dating back to 1870.
