Finca El Ángel, on the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, is famed for its unique coffee quality due to volcanic soil and a distinct climate. Acquired by Rafael Silva in 2023, it won two 2024 Cup of Excellence awards for its SL-28 coffee. Rafael, a 6th-generation coffee producer, also manages his family mill. The farms Red Bourbon coffee offers citric aromas, peach flavors, caramel sweetness, and walnut notes.
